Service Description

We start with Pranayama (breathing exercises), then come into slow flowing movement to mobilise the joints and awaken the muscles. We finish with restful, long-held restorative poses to calm the mind and sooth the nervous system.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or change your booking up to three hours prior to the class start time. After this time, booked classes will be deducted from your class credit.
