Service Description
We begin with an open discussion about what you need in the moment, offering you the opportunity to process what is most pressing. I will then lead you through a tailored practice of Yoga Nidra iRest—a blend of traditional yoga nidra meditation, modern psychology and neuroscience. This is an immensely powerful evidence-based technique for deep relaxation and healing for both mind and body. The practice will provide you with an alternate way to process thoughts, beliefs and emotions. As such, this method has been largely practiced for PTSD. A debrief will follow our practice, opening up space for questions, comments and sharing so we can understand our experiences on a deeper level, and take the practice into our daily lives.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or change your booking up to three hours prior to the class start time. After this time, booked classes will be deducted from your class credit.
